ACCREDITATIONS
Please read carefully. Application for accreditation of media representatives for the concerts can be filed only in this way. This form is used solely for the accreditation of media representatives for the concerts.
Please always respect the deadline for submitting requests for accreditation and to retrieve granted accreditation according to the agreed appointment.
Representatives of the radio station for the concerts can accredit one journalist.
If you represent the press or web site,in the field crew you can enter +1, for photographers.
If you are a representative of the television crew into the field crew you can type +2, for the cameraman and the assistant.
In the field 'media plan' is necessary to specify the precise and accurate explanation of the manner in which your media supported or will support (to announce) concert: date of disclosure, section / issue, accompanied by the announcement in a form that suits you (scan, link etc..).
Reply approval / rejection of request for accreditation you will receive via e-mail.
The deadline for accreditation commences on the date of publication concert and ends five days before the concert.
